There is a public exhibition of the planning proposals for the Warwick Building in Kensington Village. The building in question borders the railway line to the east and West Cromwell Road to the south.
The exhibition will be held in the Residents Hall on Wednesday 27th June and Thursday 28th June from 3pm to 8pm. This exhibition follows on from the one that was recently held at the Hilton Hotel, Olympia.
The proposal is to add
a new roof to the current Warwick Building providing two storeys of
residential accommodation. The proposed extension will contain 25 new
homes and new plant for the current building, replacing the unsightly
and outdated existing roof plant. The existing office space will
remain unaffected.
