H&F
held a second residents consultation meeting today, on the proposal to build two new flats at The Grange.
The
development would see the flats being built on the ground floor of
the building in the present pram shed area. Following the first
consultation they have agreed to maintain the current number of
sheds, which involves building out onto the grass area at the rear of
the flats.
H&F will be sending all residents of the building the new plans, plus a further feedback form to be sent back in, with a number of design options to consider. Please make sure you respond to the survey if you have concerns, because subject to planning permission, building works may start by the end of the year.
