A new addition to our street furniture arrived today. Vodafone and O2 have placed a new mobile telecoms mast on the pavement outside Burne Jones & Samuel Richardson Houses.Something of a surprise to those of us who don't stop to read every planning notice on the lamp posts.
Though not as obtrusive as some mobile masts, it still is a sizable presence on the street.
Having spoken to the installation engineers it is due to go 'live' next week.
