H&F Citizen Advice Bureau are part of "Learn My Way," which is a digital literacy learning project to help borough residents develop their computer skills.
We use the “Learn My Way” online tutorials to assist people to develop
digital skills from the basics including using a computer for online
banking and budgeting, through to coding skills. Our sessions are free
and can be done on a one-one or group basis, and we can provide free
training for other groups and organisations too.
Personal testimonials received so far:
- Ben: “So
far, I have found Learn My Way very helpful, not patronising at all. I
find that you have to walk before you run and Learn My Way helps me do
this.” - Library user 75, photo

- William: “I
have never used a computer before and I really enjoyed learning about
what CAB can help me with. I enjoyed using the mouse and I want to set
up email so I will be back again to do more
lessons on Learn My Way!” – 88, H&F resident.
Please do drop in to Avonmore Library. We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. We would be pleased to sit with you and chat about what computer skills you would like help developing and we will be happy to get you started on Learn My Way. See you soon!
