New Signs At Pelham


Nice to see the newly installed door entrance signage at Pelham House. Thanks to the work of local councillors and H&F these new signs will help all who come to visit the building.

A Post From H&F

Recycling is now even easier !
Reusable recycling bags have been delivered to all homes - making it easier to store recycling and take it to the orange Smart Bank in.
 You can now recycle plastic pots, tubs and food trays in the Smart Banks, as well as the following: 

Thank you for recycling! Please remember not to put your recycling in black sacks or carrier bags. These can be mistaken for normal rubbish by the collection crew.
Last year you saved over £1/2m by recycling. Let's save even more this year by recycling as much as possible. To find out how click here
LETRA Update
Recycling Officer, Hannah Sills, will be present at next months Open Meeting, as a guest speaker, to discuss with residents the new recycling scheme that's being introduced across the borough.

News About Next Months Open Meeting


Next months LETRA Open Meeting
is looking set to be a good one.
We have Sharon Schaaf, Head of Estate Services, who will be talking about the imminent alterations to parking regulations on our estate. 
Expect some major changes to be put forward !!!
Plus Richard Johnson, Estate Service Manager, 
who will be there to talk and take 
questions about caretaking issues.
The meeting will be on the 15th September, 
at 7.30pm, in the Residents Hall.
Update 
Recycling Officer Hannah Sills, has joined the meetings line-up, to discuss with residents the new recycling scheme.
